The YMB Realty office is located in the beach community of Chelem, about 30 minutes north west of the city of Merida. We live on the beach ourselves and specialize in beach properties as well as servicing the city of Merida and surrounding area.

In addition to 25 years of real estate experience, we offer a complete orientation program for our clients, known as the "Seven Steps of Service".
