Nice sized lot at 12 by 40 meters, but even better, the locale is perfect being one street back off the beach reduces the direct sea air and salty deposit. This enclave is seeing many Canadian and Americans living here full and part-time, and the local shopping is fantastic, especially the fresh caught fish, sometimes right from the fisherman’s boat…doesn’t get better than that.
